Terms and Conditions Use of the ipay9 Platform

By accessing, browsing or using the ipay9 platform in any capacity, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using the ipay9 platform immediately.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ipay9 and its service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including:

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Ipay9 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time with or without prior notice if:

• User has violated any of the terms set out in this document.
• Ipay9 has reasonable grounds to suspect the user is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• User found to be holding multiple accounts.
• User failed to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
